2. Refund Policy

Memberships are processed via Stripe as a recurring subscription.

  • If you do not wish to continue your membership, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.
  • If a payment is made and then cancelled, we may issue a refund, but reserve the right to deduct any bank charges or associated costs.

3. Duplicate Payments

It is your responsibility to ensure that only one active subscription is in place.

  • Please cancel any duplicate subscriptions before they renew.
  • We reserve the right to deduct bank charges and other costs incurred due to duplicate payments.

5. Organisation Status

GPWUK is a not-for-profit organisation. We have applied for charitable registration and will update our details once confirmed.

6. VAT Status

GPWUK is not registered for VAT.

7. Cancelling Your Membership

Memberships are managed via Stripe.

  • You will have received a link to your Stripe portal in one of your welcome emails.
  • Through this portal, you can log in and cancel your membership payment at any time.

9. Changing Your Payment Method

To update your payment method:

  • Use the link to your Stripe portal provided in your welcome email.
  • Log in and follow the instructions to change your payment details
